Pemme Cunliffe – Pemme member is an in-house advisor at Covenant Health and responsible for labour and worker relations. She covers 30 years as a nurse and health worker and 7 years in the legal field. These include labour and work issues, complaints and arbitration procedures, illegitimate dismissals and other labour-related complaints, collective agreements, compensation and social benefits policies and human rights management. The collective agreement has expired and is currently being renegotiated by the Alberta government and the Alberta Provincial Employees Association. Cal Ploof – Cal Member is currently Director of Organization and Recruitment for the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipefitting Industry of the United States and Canada, Local Union 488. Mr. Ploof has worked in Organized Work for 34 years and has experience in collective bargaining, complaints, complaints of unfair labour practices, the duty of fair representation and numerous certifications and retractions. Brygeda Mary Renke – Brygeda Renke is Executive Director and General Counsel for the University of Alberta Academic Staff Association (AASUA), which represents more than 4,200 university staff – teachers, librarians, administrative and expert officers, trust research specialists, university teachers, teachers and temporary administrators. She joined the organization in December 2007 and assumed the role of Executive Director in July 2010.

In 1982, she graduated from the University of Alberta with a BA (distinction) and received her LLB from the University of Alberta in 1985. She is a reputable member of the Alberta Law Society with nearly 25 years of legal experience, with a particular focus on civil and labour law.
